Austin joined Tsyngauz & Associates, P.C. in 2023 and is an Associate with the firm.

Austin’s practice involves commercial litigation as well as an array of related transactional matters such as §881 Petitions and license agreements.

Austin received his bachelor's degree from Binghamton University in 2019 and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2023 where he earned a Real Estate Certificate with Distinction. Austin worked at Tsyngauz & Associates as a law clerk before becoming an associate.
